Set up your MeritFlow workspace and invite your team.
Getting Started
Getting your team up and running on MeritFlow takes less than 5 minutes. No code changes or complex deployments are required on your end.
1. Create an Organization
When you log into MeritFlow for the first time, you will be prompted to create an Organization. An organization acts as the top-level container for your company's data, billing, and global integrations.
Give your organization a recognizable name (e.g., Acme Corp).
2. Define your Teams
Once your organization is created, navigate to the Teams tab in your dashboard. Teams allow you to group developers by product squads or departments (e.g., "Frontend Core", "Infrastructure").
This is crucial for viewing velocity metrics isolated by specific product areas.
3. Invite Members
Head to the Members directory and click Invite Member. You can securely send email invitations to your developers, engineering managers, and executives.
When users accept their invitation, they will be prompted to create an account and join your workspace. You can then assign them to the appropriate Teams.
4. Connect Integrations
MeritFlow cannot calculate scores without tracking your engineering events. Your next step should be setting up project management and version control integrations. read the Integrations guide for detailed instructions.
